About Bethany

Somatic movement coach, anatomy teacher, and guide for those returning to themselves.

As a teenager, I struggled with injuries that made everyday movement—like climbing stairs—difficult, and threatened my dream of becoming a professional dancer.

Traditional exercises didn't help, so I began studying anatomy at 18, bringing flashcards to the dog park and discovering insights that enabled my recovery.

I earned a degree in dance, became a Pilates teacher focusing on injury work, and integrated anatomy teaching, movement-based rehabilitation, and orthopedic massage into my practice.

After my first birth, I experienced a significant labial tear and felt lost in figuring out how to support my own healing and rebuild strength. This experience with motherhood shaped my approach to working with pregnant and postpartum clients, eventually leading to the creation of Mama Moves Cards.

My Work

At the centre of my practice is a simple and radical belief: you already carry an innate sense of what is true for you.

My role is not to fix you or override you, but to guide you back toward what your body already knows — helping you rebuild trust in your intuition, validate your visceral knowledge, and move through the world with restored confidence in your physical self.

My work blends movement, anatomy, rehabilitation, and deep curiosity.

"You can only receive the body's magic when you learn to truly see it."
